2008 Sweat Vs Steam  Sunday 16 November, 2008.

The YMCA Sweat Vs Steam is being held again in 2008.  Keep an eye on this page for news regarding the event -  it's the 10th running so join us for this unique run - the date is Sunday 16th November, 8am start.

There's a choice of two fun runs - the original (against the paddlesteamer PS Adelaide) 13KM and a 5KM short course to suit all the family and walkers (against the paddlesteamer PS Pevensey).

With 392 runners finishing in 2007, the course and two distances proved popular, so get in early and plan for to be part of this unique footrace in 2008.  The course - along river tracks rather than roads - is widely acclaimed by runners who described it as a cross country run rather than a typical road race.
